Job Description:

• Source parts and obtain quotations to secure competitive pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, currency, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Maintain and update commercial data, including unit price, SPQ, MOQ, and lead time.
• Expedite parts and ensure on-time supplier deliveries.
• Prepare POs, internal orders, and related documentation.
• Manage inventory to meet customer requirements and inventory targets.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare and submit monthly LMW reports to Customs.
• Industry: Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical and Mechatronic Industry

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• SAP knowledge or experience is an added advantage

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
