Job description

• Manage full set of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Support the day-to-day financial operations within the company (invoicing, A/P & A/R and other transactions).
• Responsible for timely submission of group financial statements quarterly reports with accuracy and proper compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Responsible for treasury and cash management functions of the Group.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for company.
• To review Monthly Management Report and finalise with General Manager and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, accounting standards and latest financial developments affecting the companies.
• Responsible for tax compliance and tax planning of the Group.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other statutory bodies to ensure compliance with matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements.
• Responsible to supervise, guide and coaching the accounts and finance personnel in their respective job functions and ensure the department operation is running smoothly.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
• Conduct financial analysis to interpret trends, variances, and performance metrics.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting, cost accounting, or related roles, with a focus on both full set accounting and costing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and cost management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Good command in Mandarin & English both in written & communication.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
