About This Opportunity

Join the UNIQLO Future Leaders Internship Programme and gain hands-on exposure to employee learning and development in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Learning & Development Intern, you will work closely with the Fast Retailing Management & Innovation Center (FRMIC) team to support training operations, employee development initiatives, and learning related projects. Through real business assignments, you will gain valuable experience in training coordination, stakeholder communication, data analysis, and workplace learning while supporting the development of UNIQLO employees.

What You Will Learn

By the end of the internship, you will:

• Understand how employee learning and development support business performance and people's growth.
• Gain exposure to training operations, learning administration, and employee development programmes.
• Develop organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills through cross functional collaboration.
• Learn how training feedback, learning data, and performance information are used to support continuous improvement.
• Build critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills through real business projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of employee training programmes and learning activities.
• Assist with preparation of training materials, venue arrangements, and training administration.
• Help organize learning-related records, feedback surveys, reports, and documentation.
• Support data compilation, analysis, and reporting activities related to employee development initiatives.
• Assist with project-based and day-to-day operational activities that support learning and development programmes.

Potential Projects

• Support learning and development initiatives related to employee training and capability building.
• Participate in training operations and process improvement activities to enhance learning effectiveness and participant experience.
• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and documentation activities that support employee development and organizational learning.

Who Should Apply

We are looking for students who:

• Have an interest in learning and development, education, training, people development, or business operations with minimum CGPA 3.20.
• Enjoy supporting and helping others learn and grow.
• Possess strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are proactive, adaptable, and willing to support a variety of projects and tasks.
• Students from all academic backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Available to commit to the internship from November 2026 to January 2027 (minimum 3 months) and able to work on-site at our Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor office.
