Job description:

This is a position where the candidate will be taking care on films processing and production in shift rotation. This job is for University's Diploma holder (engineering related) with CGPA 3.0 above only.

Requirements:

1. Graduated with Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Polymer Engineering or related field.

2. Candidate with 1-2 years of working experiences in Plastic Packaging Films industry is highly recommended to apply.

3. Candidate with experience in production/manufacturing setting will be considered in advance.

4. Candidate is ready and able to work in Bandar Baru Bangi.

Working conditions:

1. Shift rotation (2 Shift: 7am - 7pm, 7pm - 7am), work 4 days & 2 Days Off in rotation.

2. Standby on rest day for any ad-hoc replacement on manpower.

3. Willing to conduct Overtime (OT) when requested.

Job description:

• In charge of the production output against target, identify & analyse the gap.
• Experience in managing production inefficiencies & quality index, summarize, analyse to understand the cause.
• Carry out improvement programs to eliminate the gaps toward achieving & exceeding the target, and reduce the inefficiencies & wastage.
• Make sure the production is run smoothly 24/7.
