Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and delivery, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company standards.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and timely updates in the ERP system.

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.

Manage material preparation/kitting for production according to production schedules and requirements.

Coordinate with production, procurement and logistics teams to support operations, including counting and recording daily production and alignment with targets.

Check and inspect inbound material quality before storage or use in production.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standard and compliance with regulations.

Maintain and manage all documentation systematically to ensure proper filling and easy retrieval for future reference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Warehouse management system: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Mandarin (Required)
