PROJECT ADMIN

Klinik Utama 24 Jam Group

We are looking for a Project Admin to support the management team in coordinating new clinic setup, renovation and existing clinic improvement projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating new clinic opening and setup projects.
• Coordinate renovation, repair, maintenance and upgrading works for existing branches.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, vendors , internal departments and authority.
• Follow up on project progress, timeline and completion.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices and project documents.
• Maintain project records, checklists and documentation.
• Arrange delivery of equipment, furniture, signage and clinic supplies.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and identify issues.
• Report project status and outstanding issues to management.
• Assist with clinic handover, opening preparation and rectification works.
• Perform other project and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Must have own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel to different clinic branches and project sites.
• Experience in renovation, construction, retail, healthcare or project coordination is an advantage.

Working Location: Klinik Utama 24 Jam HQ @ Sungai Buloh
Position: Full-Time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
