We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Balakong. In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment strategies, driving talent acquisition for both high-volume production roles (Storekeepers, Production Operators, Packaging Operators) and professional corporate hires. Reporting to the HR Manager / TA Lead, you will play a key role in building talent pipelines, optimizing recruitment channels, and elevating candidate experience to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & High-Volume Production Recruitment

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for high-volume factory floor and warehouse roles (Storekeepers, Production Operators, Packaging Operators).
• Develop and execute proactive local sourcing strategies (job fairs, community partnerships, social media campaigns, walk-in interview drives, agency coordination).
• Oversee candidate pipeline management, medical screenings, background checks, and seamless onboarding logistics for blue-collar hires.

2. Corporate & General Recruitment Ownership

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive, administrative, and technical roles across various business departments.
• Partner directly with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and establish accurate candidate profiles.
• Conduct structured behavioral interviews and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, culture fit, and compensation alignment.

3. Talent Acquisition Operations & Process Improvement

• Draft and extend official employment offers, negotiate terms within approved budget bands, and ensure smooth candidate conversion.
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Channel Yield), and talent databases.
• Enhance candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, ensuring prompt communication and positive employer branding.
• Assist HR Leadership with talent benchmarking, recruitment strategy optimization, and cross-departmental HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment. Experience with high-volume, blue-collar, or manufacturing hiring is highly preferred.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute daily to Balakong.
• Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and select candidates across operational and corporate levels.
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Attributes: Strategic thinker, adaptable, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple hiring priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
