• Manage and update product listings across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing and stock levels
• Process customer orders and manage order fulfilment procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide support through multiple online channels, including email, chat and social media
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability for online sales
• Assist with the creation and scheduling of promotional content and marketing materials for e-commerce platforms
• Conduct basic data analysis on sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support returns and refund processes whilst maintaining excellent customer relations

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
