JOB SUMMARY

BioPearl is an established Malaysian beauty and wellness brand with over 20 years of industry experience.

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused and motivated Beautician to join our team at BioPearl.

As a Beautician, you will be responsible for delivering professional beauty treatments, providing excellent customer service and recommending suitable skincare and beauty products based on customers’ needs.

You will receive structured training and hands-on guidance to develop your beauty treatment skills, product knowledge, sales abilities and customer service expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform professional facial, skincare and beauty treatments according to company standards and SOPs.
• Conduct customer consultations to understand individual skincare and beauty needs.
• Recommend suitable treatments, skincare products and treatment packages based on customer requirements.
• Provide professional advice on skincare routines and product usage.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and treatment-room presentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customers have a comfortable and positive experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Support sales activities by introducing suitable products, treatments and promotions.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales and treatment targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and treatment information.
• Assist with outlet operations, stock management and daily housekeeping.
• Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures and service standards.
• Participate in training, coaching and continuous skills development.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

You will receive training and hands-on guidance in:

• Facial and skincare treatment techniques
• Beauty treatment procedures and SOPs
• Skincare product knowledge
• Customer consultation and skincare assessment
• Sales and product recommendation techniques
• Customer service excellence
• Hygiene, cleanliness and treatment-room standards
• Outlet operations and company SOPs
• Hands-on operational training with experienced beauticians

REQUIREMENTS

• Passionate about beauty, skincare and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive and confident personality.
• Customer-focused with a willingness to provide excellent service.
• Willing to learn and develop professional beauty treatment skills.
• Comfortable recommending treatments and skincare products to customers.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently when required.
• Good personal grooming and professional appearance.
• Responsible, punctual and well-organised.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to the outlet roster.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, skincare, retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
