Role Description This is an internship role based on-site in Petaling Jaya. The Intern will support the technical team in designing, documenting, and implementing ICT, data network, ELV, and audio-visual solutions. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with network configuration, preparing technical diagrams and reports, helping in equipment testing and troubleshooting, and supporting project deployment activities at client sites. The Intern will also help maintain project documentation, coordinate with team members on timelines and deliverables, and contribute to basic research on new technologies and best practices. Guidance and mentoring will be provided to help the Intern build practical skills and understand industry standards.
Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of ICT systems, data networks (wired and wireless), and basic networking concepts.
• Interest or academic exposure to ELV systems and audio-visual technologies, including conferencing and broadcasting solutions.
• Ability to use office productivity tools for documentation, reporting, and basic diagramming (e.g., MS Office, presentation and diagram tools).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and follow established processes and safety practices in on-site environments.
• Availability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya for the duration of the internship.
