Review MEP drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities (BQ) during tender and engineering stages.
Prepare technical clarifications (RFI), BQ breakdowns, and support costing activities.
Support value engineering and constructability assessments.
Review shop drawings submitted by subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate drawing submissions to clients and revise drawings for approval.
Conduct drawing superimposition across different trades/services to identify clashes and improve constructability.
Lead design coordination activities to resolve design issues and service clashes with consultants, project managers, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Initiate and attend design coordination meetings and technical discussions.
Support preparation of final handover documentation, including as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building MEP services (fire protection, ACMV, LV, ELV, CWS and sanitary services) for HV substations or data center / mission-critical facilities.
Ability to interpret SLDs, schematics, and wiring drawings.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
