Role Description

- support the design team in creating graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, marketing collateral, and basic layout design.

-day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with logo and branding concepts, preparing visual assets, and refining designs based on feedback from senior designers and clients.

-help with image editing, file organization, and ensuring that all designs follow brand guidelines and project requirements.

-hands-on experience in agency workflows, exposure to client projects, and opportunities to build a professional portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into clear visual concepts.
• Proficiency in Image Editing using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software).
• Currently studying or recently completed a program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, good visual judgment, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and design standards.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback constructively, and collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment.
• Basic understanding of digital and social media content formats; motion graphics or video editing skills are an added advantage.
