We are Hiring: Technical Engineer

Our company Jati Combustion System Sdn Bhd is looking for a hand-on Technical Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in project coordination, system drawing, troubleshooting and maintenance, and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare, review, and update system drawings, schematics, layouts, and as-built documentations.
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions with minimal downtime.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, site reports, maintenance records, and handover documents.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to safety/quality standards.
• Support site inspections, meetings, and technical discussions as required.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Civil, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical engineering role involving:

a) Project coordination.

b) System drawing.

c) Troubleshooting and maintenance.

d) Project reporting.

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drawing software is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good reporting skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Willing to travel to sites/outstation when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience in industry : ELV/HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical/IT/Security/Fire Protection/etc.
• Relevant technical certificates.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.
