We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic Assistant to join our team and assist with the maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of fuel dispensers vehicles and related equipment, located at KLIA, Sepang.

This is a hands-on position suitable for someone with a mechanical, automotive, or technical background who is interested in developing practical skills in fuel dispensing equipment and mechanical maintenance. Previous experience working with cars, trucks, lorries, heavy vehicles, machinery, or mechanical equipment will be an advantage.

Full training will be provided on the ground, so candidates who have a strong interest in mechanical work and are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with servicing and maintenance of fuel dispensers and related equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and basic equipment issues.
• Carry out routine inspection, vehicle cleaning, adjustment, and replacement of mechanical components.
• Assist with dismantling, repairing, and reassembling equipment.
• Use basic hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow proper safety procedures when working around fuel equipment.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transportation of tools and equipment.
• Learn and develop knowledge of fuel dispensing systems and maintenance procedures.
• Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience or knowledge in automotive, mechanical, machinery, or equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Experience working with cars, lorries/trucks, heavy vehicles, or industrial machinery is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of mechanical tools and equipment.
• Comfortable with hands-on and physically active work.
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
• Willing to work additional hours when necessary, depending on servicing requirements or urgent jobs.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
