About the Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate students to join our hotel operations team. This internship provides hands-on training and exposure to daily hotel operations, including:

• Front Office (check-in/out, reservations, guest enquiries and customer service)
• Housekeeping (room preparation, cleanliness standards)
• Food & Beverage Service (restaurant, café, banquet service)

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree student in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Internship placement required by university/college
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, team player
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Allowance & Benefits

• Internship allowance: RM500.00/month
• Meals provided during shift
