Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and basic measurement work.
• Support the team in collecting, analysing and updating project cost data.
• Help in reviewing quotations and comparing vendor pricing for materials and services.
• Assist in preparing progress claims, variation orders (VO) and payment certifications.
• Maintain proper documentation, filing and record updates for project and contract documents.
• Support senior QS in tender preparation and basic contract administration tasks.
• Perform any other QS-related duties assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Public Administration, Administrative Science, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Candidates residing nearby or within Pulau Indah will be given preference.
• RM600 Monthly Allowance = Diploma. RM800 Monthly Allowance - Degree.
