WE’RE HIRING: ECOMMERCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

SuperSave is looking for an eCommerce Graphic Designer who can create strong, conversion-focused visuals for TikTok Shop, Shopee and other eCommerce platforms.

This is not just a “make it look nice” design role. We need someone who understands how visual design can help grab attention, communicate product USP and drive clicks & sales.

What You’ll Do

• Design product main images, campaign banners, promotional visuals and marketplace content
• Create visuals for TikTok Shop, Shopee, social media and other eCommerce channels
• Improve product images to make key selling points clearer and more attractive
• Work closely with Marketing and eCommerce teams on campaigns and product launches
• Adapt designs quickly based on campaign direction, sales performance and market trends
• Prepare multiple creative variations for testing
• Support simple video / motion graphic content when required
• Maintain consistent branding across all eCommerce materials

AI Skills Are a Plus

We are actively looking for designers who are comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, creativity and productivity.

Examples include:

• AI image generation / image enhancement
• AI background creation or replacement
• Generating design concepts and visual directions
• Product lifestyle scene creation
• AI-assisted copy / headline ideas
• Using tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney or similar AI design tools

You do not need to know every AI tool, but you should be open to learning and using AI as part of your daily design workflow.

Who We’re Looking For

• Good sense of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
• Understands eCommerce design and attention-grabbing product visuals
• Able to work fast without sacrificing design quality
• Comfortable handling multiple designs and campaign deadlines
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva or similar design software
• Able to take feedback and improve designs quickly
• Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas
• Experience in TikTok Shop / Shopee design is an advantage
• AI design skills are highly preferred

Working Arrangement

• 5 working days per week

Salary: Based on experience and capability
