Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, preparing financial reports, supporting month-end and year-end closing, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, financial and management accounts.
• Manage daily accounting functions including AP, AR and general ledger.
• Prepare journals, account reconciliations and expense analysis.
• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist in SST filing and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audit and tax purposes.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors, tax agents and banks.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial reporting.
• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and accounting software (AutoCount).
• Familiar with accounting and statutory requirements.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in Puchong.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
