Role Summary

Responsible for managing procurement and warehouse operations, ensuring timely availability, proper storage and efficient movement of materials while maintaining quality, cost efficiency and compliance with food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and manage suppliers for raw materials, packaging and other supplies.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Plan material requirements and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery and material quality.
• Manage inventory, including stock-in, stock-out, FIFO/FEFO and stock counts.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Supervise receiving and dispatching of goods.
• Lead and monitor warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Sales and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, Halal and food safety requirements.
• Prepare procurement, inventory and supplier performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, purchasing and/or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of food manufacturing and food safety requirements is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
