Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for electrical projects.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract documents.
Manage contract administration, including variation orders (VO), claims, and payment certificates.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and contract performance.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams on contractual matters.
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve competitive pricing.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate contract documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and contract requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), or a closely related engineering discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Executive level. Senior candidates with 4-6 years of experience in electrical contracting, tendering, or contract administration are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of BOQ, tender pricing, and contract documentation is an advantage.
Familiarity with Variation Orders (VO), claims, and project costing is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
