We’re Hiring | Admin Executive

As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Admin Executive to join our team at our new factory in Beranang, Selangor.

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy coordinating administrative and compliance matters, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Beranang, Selangor

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily administrative and office operations.

* Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems.

* Apply, renew, and maintain company licences, permits, and statutory registrations.

* Coordinate ISO certifications, supplier/customer audits, assessments, and compliance documentation.

* Liaise with government agencies, certification bodies, customers, and suppliers regarding licensing and regulatory matters.

* Prepare and manage administrative documents, reports, and correspondence.

* Support management with administrative projects and ad hoc assignments.

* Ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

* Experience in administration, licensing, compliance, or ISO documentation is an advantage.

* Good communication skills in English and BM

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

* Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
