JOB TITLE: Service Advisor
SALARY: RM3,000 – RM5,000+
LOCATION: Kajang, Selangor

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.
• Understand customer vehicle problems.
• Coordinate vehicle inspection with technicians.
• Explain service recommendations and quotations.
• Follow up on repair progress.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback.
• Support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist the workshop in achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Customer service or automotive experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Friendly, patient and responsible.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia / English is an advantage.
