Main Functions

• To control and maintain Business Application system in order to make sure the systems are running smoothly and supporting the company long-term development. 

Responsibilities

• Participate in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) covering requirements gathering, technical design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
• Assist in impact analysis, technical design, quality review and testing of program codes, conduct system integration testing and support user acceptance testing and implementation roll out.
• Provide first and second-line technical support for business applications and ERP modules, handling problem incidents, troubleshooting, and change requests through to final resolution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for end-users, gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain ad-hoc and scheduled operational reports, database views, and reporting tools.
• Assist in data analysis, data migrations, and data integrity checks across various business modules.
• Coordinate closely with external vendors and service providers to track bug fixes, patches, and system enhancements.
• Participate in project management activities, tracking project timelines and milestones alongside internal teams and vendors

Experience & Personal Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 1 to 2 years of working experience. (Fresh graduates with a strong foundational understanding of databases and programming are welcome to apply.)
• Solid foundation in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), specifically Microsoft SQL Server (writing queries, stored procedures, and views)
• Candidates with prior experience or familiarity with ERP systems will have an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge communication between end-users and technical vendors.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and hardworking with a strong sense of ownership in resolving user issues.
