A Management Trainee Executive learns core company operations, assists with daily management tasks, and prepares for a future leadership role. Core Responsibilities

• Department Rotations: Work across different areas like sales, marketing, human resources, and operations to understand the business.
• Shadowing Leaders: Observe senior managers and supervisors to learn decision-making and problem-solving strategies.
• Project Support: Assist with team projects, track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), and meet deadlines.
• Data and Reporting: Conduct research, analyze company performance data, and prepare reports or presentations.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle daily duties such as scheduling, data entry, and organizing department files.
• Training and Development: Attend coaching sessions, workshops, and seminars to build management skills.

Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, and basic computer proficiency.
• Mindset: A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and readiness to adapt to new challenges

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
