Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, BQ, quotations and tender documents.
• Manage tendering, costing and procurement activities.
• Prepare and evaluate variation orders (VO), progress claims and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site measurements and verify work progress.
• Ensure all QS documentation is properly prepared and maintained.
• Assist in contract administration and other QS-related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Construction.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, costing, tendering and project claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
