Company Introduction

We are an established mould and plastic manufacturing company based in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, specializing in moulding and plastic injection moulding solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Perform product inspection according to quality standards, specifications, and work instructions.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and basic quality checks on injection moulded products.
• Check products during the production process to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality inspection records.
• Identify, label, and separate defective or non-conforming products.
• Report quality abnormalities and production issues to the supervisor or Quality Engineer.
• Assist the Quality Engineer in investigating quality issues and implementing improvement actions.
• Assist in monitoring production quality and carrying out routine inspections.
• Ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly maintained and used correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inspection area.
• Follow all company quality procedures, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in QC, quality inspection, injection moulding, or a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection and measurement is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to identify product defects accurately.
• Able to follow SOPs, inspection standards, and work instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently when required.
• Able to work in a factory environment and perform shift work.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
