JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer accounts for Dai Suwon’s one-stop industrial packaging solutions, with a focus on B2B manufacturing and multinational customers.

1. Identify, approach and develop new potential B2B customers, particularly multinational manufacturers and industrial companies.

2. Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, referrals, networking, exhibitions and direct prospecting.

3. Understand customers’ packaging requirements, pain points and upcoming projects to identify suitable business opportunities.

4. Work closely with R&D, engineering, costing and operations teams to prepare packaging solutions, samples, quotations and proposals.

5. Follow up actively on RFQs, quotations, samples, testing and new projects to convert opportunities into sales.

6. Manage and service assigned existing customers through regular engagement, customer visits and prompt follow-up on commercial and operational matters.

7. Grow existing accounts by identifying new projects and cross-selling Dai Suwon’s range of packaging products and solutions.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including purchasing, engineering, quality and operations teams.

9. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on customer activities, new opportunities, project status, sales potential and account development.

COMPETENCY LEVEL

1) Education:

Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.

2) Experience:

1–2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the packaging industry and/or B2B environment. Experience dealing with manufacturing or multinational customers will be an added advantage.

3) Skills:

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Good sales follow-up and customer servicing skills

* Commercially minded and results-oriented

* Proactive, independent and willing to learn

* Willing to travel for customer visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
