Job Title: Clinic Assistant (Pembantu Klinik)
Location: Klinik Hayat 24 Jam, Dengkil Sepang
Employment Type: Full-time, shift-based (rotational, 24-hour operations)

Job Summary
Support the clinic's daily patient care operations by assisting doctors, managing front-desk and administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth patient flow across all shifts, including night operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Register patients, manage queue, and handle walk-in and appointment cases
• Assist doctors during consultation and treatment (vital signs, basic procedures, dressing, injections as trained)
• Handle payment collection, billing, and panel/insurance claims processing
• Manage medicine dispensing and stock/inventory checks
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of consultation rooms and equipment
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and escalate to Clinic Manager where needed
• Support administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
• Coordinate handover between shifts to ensure continuity of care
• Comply with clinic SOPs, infection control protocols, and confidentiality/patient data policies

Working Hours (Rotational, 3 Shifts)

• 1 rest day per week; shifts rotate across all staff

Requirements

• SPM/Diploma or equivalent; healthcare-related certificate an added advantage
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior clinic/hospital experience preferred
• Willing to work rotational shifts including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic computer literacy (clinic system, MS Office)
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Physically fit, able to stand for long hours, and comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Team player with a caring, patient-first attitude

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
