• Handle Administrative Task for IT
• Handle Staff or Customer Queries on IT Related
• Handle Staff Desktop/Laptops
• Keep Track Inventory List
• Communicating for Informations
• Identify & Troubleshoot Office Support Matters (MS Office, & etc)
• Provide Solution & Troubleshooting for Kiosk, Tablet & Printer Devices (Software & Hardware)
• Learn How to Troubleshoot for Network such as Wireless & Switches (Software & Hardware)
• Learn How to Troubleshoot CAT6 (UTP), Fibre & other available connectivity
• Learn How to Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity

Requirements

• Good hands-on skills, excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• Applicant must have basic IT knowledge with some troubleshooting and testing skills.
• Candidate must possess basic skills Computer & Network, Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with others.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Good personality, discipline and independent.
• Self-confident and a good communicator
• Can climb high stairs and is not afraid in high conditions

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 per month
