Web Developer Intern – Laravel / PHP

Want to code on real projects instead of spending your internship only doing documentation?

We are looking for a Web Developer Intern to join our development team and get hands-on experience building and maintaining real-world web applications.

You will work alongside our developers on actual projects involving Laravel, PHP, MySQL, API integration and system enhancement - with guidance from experienced developers throughout your internship.

This is a good opportunity for students who want to understand how software is developed beyond the classroom and gain experience working with production-oriented systems.

What You Will Do

As a Web Developer Intern, you will:

• Develop and enhance web application modules using Laravel / PHP
• Perform CRUD operations and work with MySQL databases
• Fix bugs and troubleshoot issues reported by users or the development team
• Work on API integration and system-to-system communication
• Assist in developing new features based on project requirements
• Write and maintain basic technical documentation and test cases
• Use Git for source code management
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to complete assigned tasks
• Learn how software moves from development → testing → deployment

What We Are Looking For

You don't need to be an expert. We are looking for someone who likes coding, is willing to learn and wants to become a better developer.

You should have:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field
• Basic knowledge of Laravel - routes, controllers, models, etc.
• Basic understanding of MySQL - tables, queries and relationships
• Basic knowledge of PHP
• Familiarity with Git / Git-based workflow
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript or Nuxt is an advantage
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Able to work independently as well as with a team
• Available for full-time internship for at least 3 months
