Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and coordinate Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Structural Electrical Mechanical (SEM) drawings, and Builder's Work Drawings (CBWD) in BIM (Revit/Navisworks).
• Resolve spatial clashes among high-amp busbars, large-bore CHW risers, smoke exhaust ducting, and cable ladders to ensure optimal maintenance clearances.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience resolving MEP spatial clashes on mission-critical facilities; advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
