• Communicate effectively with customers through face-to-face visits, meetings, presentations, email, telephone, social media and online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product, formulation and commercial support.
• Receive, acknowledge, follow up and resolve customer feedback, enquiries, complaints and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Assist the Director in the research, development and commercialization of innovative and creative Personal Care & Beauty products.
• Participate in the development of new product concepts based on market trends, customer requirements and consumer needs.
• Assist with raw material sourcing, ingredient evaluation, supplier communication, packaging selection and development, product costing and sample preparation.
• Coordinate product samples, testing, customer feedback, revisions and follow-up throughout the product development process.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to source new and innovative ingredients, packaging materials and product technologies.
• Assist in preparing product concepts, product briefs, specifications and supporting information for new product development.
• Follow up on product development timelines and ensure projects progress efficiently from concept development to commercialization.Create compelling content that communicates product benefits, key ingredients, formulation technology, product features and consumer value.
• Assist in developing innovative marketing campaigns and promotional concepts to support product launches and sales activities.
• Develop visual content for social media, websites, e-commerce platforms, product presentations and promotional campaigns

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
