We’re looking for a Baker Assistant who enjoys working with their hands, has a passion for baking, and wants to grow their skills in a friendly kitchen environment.

You don’t need to be an experienced baker — we’re happy to train the right person! What matters most is that you’re willing to learn, responsible, punctual, and take pride in your work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help prepare, mix, portion, and shape dough
• Assist with daily baking and production
• Prepare and pack freshly baked products
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and hygienic
• Assist with general kitchen duties
• Follow recipes, instructions, and food safety standards
• Work together with the team to make sure daily production runs smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who genuinely enjoys baking or wants to learn
• Willing to learn new techniques and follow instructions
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
• Positive attitude and able to work well with a team
• Previous baking or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
• Training will be provided
