What You’ll Do

• Support the IT team in day-to-day technical and operational activities.
• Assist with hardware, software, system and user support.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of basic IT issues.
• Assist with IT documentation, asset management and system administration.
• Participate in IT projects, system implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other IT-related tasks and projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software and networking.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willing to learn, proactive and able to work well in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to the required internship period.
