Responsibilities:

1. Collecting data for the Product Quality Review (PQR).

2. Compile and analyze PQR data and results.

3. Prepare the PQR report.

4. Prepare verification protocols.

5. Monitor the verification process.

6. Compile and analyze verification data and results.

7. Prepare the final verification report.

8. Ensure proper arrangement of equipment handled by the QA department.

9. Update the master list of equipment.

10. Order new or replacement equipment as necessary.

11. Prepare Quality Procedures (QP), Work Instructions (WI) and FORM for the QA Department.

12. Ensure that QP/WI/FORM are updated and distributed according to procedures.

13. Ensure that change control documents and obsolete documents are managed in accordance with procedures.

14. Ensure that pest control agreements are available and up to date.

15. Ensure that the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are updated.

16. Ensure that the layout is updated as required.

17. Ensure that the master list for chemical cleaning is available and updated.

18. Ensure that preventive maintenance for dispensers is followed according to schedule and documented.

19. Update the master list of calibrated equipment.

20. Ensure that external calibrations are performed according to schedule and that certificates are filed in accordance with procedures.

21. Verify the write-off of items during the disposal process.

22. Coordinate with the warehouse to arrange disposal through Kualiti Alam.

23. Review and update the BMR to address any practice variations with Quest3+

24. Update the master list of BMRs and file completed BMRs.

25. Complete the variation form if there is a discrepancy between the BMF or product specifications and Quest3+.

26. Complete the variation form if there is a discrepancy between the BMF or product specifications and Quest3+.

27. Ensure that the BMR is consistent with Quest3+ and the packing configuration.

28. To issue Sample Requisition Form for every batch manufacturing/repacking.

29. Conduct GMP spot-checks as required.

30. Perform personal hygiene checks in accordance with established standards.

31. Serve as an internal auditor for GMP/ISO and Halal audits.

32. Undertake any other duties as directed by the superior from time to time.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma

2. Preferably more than 2 years of working experience in Quality Control & Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment.

3. Possess working experience in Quality Control & Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment will be added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
