Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue

• Drive daily sales by prospecting new accounts, presenting product benefits, and closing orders to meet monthly targets.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers while following company policies.
• Promote Items and after sales services.

Customer Relationships

• Manage customer accounts and nurture repeat business through timely follow-ups and helpful product advice.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues to keep satisfaction and retention high.

Operations & Reporting

• Prepare accurate sales orders and coordinate with logistics and inventory to ensure timely delivery.
• Keep CRM updated and submit weekly sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in trading, retail, or consumer electronics preferred.
• SPM or related field is an advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic order processing and inventory coordination.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator with persuasive skills and a customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on SME team.
