JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Counter management for billing and patients appointments diary
• Perform other clinical and administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of patients data and medical history
• Manage phone calls and welcome customer with a 5-star level and friendly manner
• Be responsible for maintenance of clinic area in clean and tidy manner at all times
• Take inventory and restock if needed
• Educating patients oral care and hygiene
• Chairside assistance to dentist, cleaning and disinfecting instruments
• Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the doctor

IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

• At least 1 year of experience as Receptionist or Dental Assistant
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must have computer skill
• Must be able to multi task and be proactive
• Good work attitude and able to work independently
• Able to start work immediately is preferred
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Proficient in other language is an added advantage
• Possess own transportation is preferable
• Willing to learn
• Interesting character
