Internship Opportunity: E-Commerce Intern at The Raw

About Us:

The Raw International Sdn. Bhd. is a dynamic and fast-growing company managing the beauty brand The Raw, a brand backed by pharmaceutical science and available in major retail and e-commerce platforms. We are passionate about innovation, quality, and creating a meaningful impact in the beauty industry.

We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn E-Commerce Intern to join our team. You will gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day E-commerce operations, with a primary focus on our Website & Mobile Application, while also supporting other E-commerce platforms when required.

What You'll Do:

• Support daily E-commerce operations, with primary focus on the Website & Mobile Application.
• Update product listings, pricing, promotions, banners, and website content.
• Assist in setting up campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and promotional activities.
• Monitor website sales, orders, and basic performance metrics.
• Support product launches and E-commerce campaigns.
• Assist with E-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee when required.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure E-commerce activities and campaigns run smoothly.
• Assist with other E-commerce-related tasks and projects assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Interested in E-commerce, digital platforms, and online consumer trends.
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, or website management is an added advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with product information, pricing, and promotional details.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new tools and platforms.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3–6 months.
• Willing to work on-site at our HQ in Section 15, Shah Alam.
