Responsibilities

Pre-Work & Planning

• You lead daily briefings and pre-work checks to confirm scope, materials, and site safety before crews mobilise.
• You review drawings and translate layouts into clear, sequenced tasks for installation teams.
• You coordinate transport and site access so crews and materials arrive on schedule and work starts smoothly.

Installation & Site Operations

• You carry out hands-on installation of façade components, ensuring alignment, fixings, and finishes meet drawing tolerances.
• You monitor quality and safety on site and produce concise daily progress reports.
• You spot technical or schedule issues early and promptly escalate them to the project engineer with practical recommendations.

Team Leadership & Asset Management

• You supervise small site teams, assign daily tasks, and coach junior installers to keep work efficient and compliant.
• You manage tools, equipment, and asset logs, ensuring proper maintenance and secure storage on site.
• You take responsibility for company property, follow site safety rules, and uphold quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Immediate intake preferred; we are hiring quickly and can onboard suitable candidates without delay.
• Little construction site experience is an advantage; we welcome candidates who show practical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic formal qualification such as SPM, trade certificate, or diploma is preferred but not mandatory if you demonstrate hands-on competence.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop layouts is required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• You must be able to read shop drawings, measure accurately, and verify installation tolerances on site.
• Familiarity with common installation tools, mechanical fixings, and basic fastening techniques is expected.
• Comfort with daily site reporting, simple material tracking, and maintaining equipment logs is necessary.
• Working knowledge of site safety practices and readiness to follow company safety procedures is essential.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can run briefings, give concise instructions, and update the project team.
