Job Description
- Contact potential customers to understand their requirements and issues through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Conduct site visits locally or outstation within Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak for on-site investigations. Site visits will account for approximately 75% of the job.
- Prepare and provide timely quotations based on site-visit assessments. Quotations may include on-site investigations, Lightning Risk Assessments (LRA), or Design, Supply and Installation (DSI) works.
- Design Lightning Protection Systems based on Lightning Risk Assessment (LRA) results.
- Prepare RFQs for Lightning Protection and Earthing Installation Works.
- Prepare Method Statements for each project prior to installation.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors during project installation.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of completed works prior to project handover.
- Prepare project reports and relevant documentation.
- Occasionally conduct site visits on weekends, when required.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Candidates with other relevant qualifications may be considered at the company's discretion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Possess own transportation to work, as the position requires carrying equipment for testing and site activities.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to learn, with a positive attitude, strong initiative and a high sense of accountability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
