Ready to drive strategic projects and shape employee engagement at a global dairy leader in KL? As our Strategic Projects Intern, you will bridge business operations and people initiatives. Gain hands-on experience in project management, build impactful Power BI dashboards, and drive culture campaigns. This 6-month role in Kuala Lumpur offers cross-functional exposure and real stakeholder impact.

As a Strategic Projects Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key business and people-related initiatives across the organization. Your time will be divided across the following key areas:

Project Management & Coordination (40%)

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic business and people-related projects.
• Track project milestones, timelines, and action items.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project documentation.

Business Operations Support (30%)

• Provide administrative support for selected business activities.
• Assist with document management, data maintenance, and coordination tasks.
• Support ad hoc operational projects as required.

Employee Engagement & Communications (20%)

• Support employer branding, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
• Assist in organizing events, campaigns, and communication activities.
• Create communication materials, surveys, and feedback summaries.
• Track participation rates and engagement metrics.

Reporting & Analytics (10%)

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Consolidate and analyse data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Support periodic reporting requirements and performance tracking.
• Prepare presentations and visual reports for management discussions.

Who We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Economics, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
