About the role

Lead and execute efficient and effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to minimize downtime of Finishing Maintenance equipment and systems. Independently troubleshoot machines or provide minimal supervision for troubleshooting. Take accountability and ownership of all equipment and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute efficient and effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities to minimize downtime of Finishing Maintenance equipment and systems

• Independently troubleshoot machines or provide minimal supervision for troubleshooting

• Ensure timely completion of all PM tasks and maintain accurate records

• Assist in cost reduction, cost-saving efforts, machine setup, and enhancing PM efficiency and machine repair times

• Lead investigations into process and quality failures stemming from equipment or process-related issues and propose permanent solutions

• Update all equipment and instrument Preventive Maintenance records and other related documentations

• Contribute ideas for machine, process, and operation improvements, emphasizing speed and simplicity

• Lead and support spare parts inventory management to prevent zero stock situations

• Complete tasks assigned by superiors or Managers within or ahead of given timelines

About you

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or Chargeman certificate

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing field

• Good troubleshooting skills in pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems
