Logistic Intern

Collins Aerospace is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to join our team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics operations, warehouse coordination, inventory management, and supply chain processes within the aerospace industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Logistics and Supply Chain teams to support daily operations, improve process efficiency, and ensure the timely movement and availability of materials.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, storing, and dispatching materials.
• Assist with inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and cycle count activities.
• Update and maintain logistics records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support material movement and delivery requirements.
• Assist in monitoring inbound and outbound shipments and following up on delivery status.
• Support the preparation of shipping documents, packing lists, and other logistics-related paperwork.
• Assist with data entry and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support 5S, continuous improvement, and workplace organization initiatives.
• Ensure logistics activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
