Salesman/Sales Executive – Toong Star

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and proactive Salesman/Sales Executive to join the Toong Star team. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about building strong business relationships.

As a Sales Representative, you will play an important role in expanding Toong Star’s customer base, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable meeting customers, and be willing to travel when required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by actively promoting and selling Toong Star’s range of products to hardware stores and business customers.
• Expand Toong Star’s market presence by identifying and approaching new customers and business opportunities.
• Develop new customer accounts through proactive sales visits, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hardware customers through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
• Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable Toong Star products and solutions based on their business needs.
• Identify new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers.
• Follow up consistently on enquiries, quotations, and leads to convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing, customer support, and after-sales service.
• Represent Toong Star professionally during customer visits, sales activities, and business engagements.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the hardware, industrial, construction, building materials, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good relationships with customers.
• Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
• Good negotiation, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Good follow-up skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn about Toong Star’s products and continuously improve sales and product knowledge.
