Jati Combustion System Sdn Bhd is aggressively expanding and searching for result driven personnel who want to achieve a milestone in their sales career. We are seeking experienced Industrial Heating Sales Engineer to drive business growth in steam, boiler, burner, and industrial heating solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of industrial sales experience, strong technical aptitude, and a proven track record of developing new customers and managing key accounts. Experience selling steam systems, boiler, or burners is highly preferred.

Job Summary

·      Develop new business and expand sales of industrial heating products and solutions.

·      Manage existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships.

·      Identify customer needs and provide technical consultation on steam, boiler, burner, and heating systems.

·      Prepare quotation, proposals, tenders, and technical-commercial documentation.

·      Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical discussion with plant engineers, maintenance teams, and decision makers.

·      Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and after-sales teams.

·      Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

·      Monitor market trends, competitors’ activity, and customer requirements.

·      Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience.
• Engineering background : Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related filed preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial heating systems.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel to industrial sites and customer locations.
• Valid driving license.

Preferred Experience

• Sales experience in steam systems, boilers, burners, combustion equipment, heat exchangers, or HVAC/industrial heating.
• Existing network in industries such as

- Food & beverage

- Palm oil/Oleochemicals

- Chemical/Petrochemicals

- Pharmaceutical

- Textile

- Manufacturing/Processing plants

• Experience with CRM, tender preparation, and project sales.

Salary packages

Negotiable base on experience, commission/Incentives.
