Project Manager – Interior Design & Construction

Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor
up to RM7,500 + Commission
Monday – Friday | 9.00am – 6.00pm

Our client is an established interior design and project management company delivering creative and practical solutions for residential and commercial projects. They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee project coordination, documentation, timelines and stakeholder management from design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, schedules, work programmes, budgets and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Attend and facilitate project, consultant, contractor and internal meetings.
• Take design briefs from clients and coordinate project requirements.
• Prepare and issue construction drawings and as-built drawings.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues and coordinate solutions.
• Ensure proper project documentation and follow-up on agreed actions.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on local authority submissions and approvals.
• Provide project updates, reports and presentation materials to management.
• Ensure projects are completed according to agreed timelines and requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, architecture, engineering or consultancy.
• Experience coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Good understanding of the design and construction process.
• Experience with construction and as-built drawings.
• Familiar with project scheduling, progress monitoring and documentation.
• AutoCAD / relevant drawing software knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
• Willing to travel to project sites, meetings and authority offices when required.

Package & Benefits

• Basic Salary: up to RM7,500
• Commission: Approximately RM18,000 per year
• RM500 monthly phone & petrol allowance

• Monday–Friday working schedule
• Weekend WFH may be required occasionally for urgent tender deadlines

Pay: RM3,619.98 - RM16,493.56 per month
