We are looking for an Operations & Project Coordination Intern who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys making sure things are properly coordinated, followed through and delivered on time.
You will support the Operations team in coordinating projects, campaigns and day-to-day operational activities across different teams. You will gain hands-on exposure to project coordination, process governance, SLA monitoring, operational reporting and cross-functional execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, solving operational issues, keeping things on track and turning plans into execution.
What You’ll Do
- Support the coordination and execution of operational projects, campaigns and initiatives.
- Track project timelines, milestones, SLA, outstanding actions and deliverables.
- Coordinate with different internal teams to ensure requirements and tasks are properly followed through.
- Maintain project trackers, checklists, documentation and status updates.
- Ensure required SOPs, workflows, approvals and operational processes are followed.
- Check deliverables and operational requirements for completeness and accuracy.
- Follow up proactively with relevant stakeholders on pending actions and deadlines.
- Identify potential delays, execution gaps, dependencies or operational risks and escalate them early.
- Support project or campaign testing, readiness checks and implementation activities where required.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, progress updates and project summaries.
- Support issue tracking and follow through until actions are resolved or closed.
- Assist with post-project reviews, reconciliation and documentation.
- Identify recurring operational gaps and suggest opportunities for process improvement and better ways of working.
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree students in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timelines.
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable working with structured processes, SOPs, checklists and deadlines.
- Responsible and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks through completion.
- Proactive in following up instead of waiting for instructions.
- Able to identify when something is missing, delayed or not following the required process.
- Comfortable communicating and coordinating with different teams.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior working experience required.
