About the Role

As Assistant Manager, Human Resources, you will manage HR operations across the Group, ensuring timely recruitment, employee development, industrial relations, and HR administration in line with company policy and employment legislation. You will support manpower planning, maintain employee lifecycle documentation, and help drive HR initiatives that advance the Group's strategic objectives. This role reports to the Head of Department.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Own the end-to-end recruitment process — manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, onboarding, and recruitment reporting — while maintaining an updated talent pipeline to fill approved vacancies on time.

Learning & Development

Coordinate the annual training plan, HRD Corp claims, training logistics, attendance, evaluation, and records, supporting ongoing employee competency development.

Industrial Relations

Administer disciplinary matters, misconduct investigations, Show Cause Letters, and Domestic Inquiry processes, along with counselling and advisory services, in full compliance with company policy and employment law.

HR Documentation & Employee Lifecycle

Prepare and maintain employee lifecycle documentation — appointments, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and employee records — ensuring accuracy and confidentiality throughout.

HR & General Administration

Oversee day-to-day HR administrative functions, including correspondence, filing systems, HR letters, and departmental record-keeping, while liaising with vendors and authorities and ensuring HR operations run smoothly and in compliance with internal policies.

HR Projects & Continuous Improvement

Support and lead HR projects, prepare HR reports, and contribute to process and policy improvement initiatives that strengthen HR support across the organisation.
