• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• A people person who enjoys working with others and getting involved in different activities.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Human Resources Intern who is organised, people-oriented, and eager to learn. You’ll get hands-on exposure across different areas of HR, from supporting recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, HR operations, and learning & development.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to understand how HR works behind the scenes while being part of a fun, fast-paced media and creator-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Support onboarding activities and preparation for new joiners.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate information.

️ HR Operations

• Assist with day-to-day HR administration and employee documentation.
• Support updates to employee records, leave, attendance, and HR trackers.
• Assist with HR reports and other administrative tasks when required.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team initiatives.
• Assist in preparing internal communications and materials for HR activities.
• Help coordinate activities that contribute to a positive employee experience.

Learning & Development

• Assist with training coordination, including registrations, attendance, feedback, and documentation.
• Support the HR team with HRDF-related administrative tasks where required.
• Help maintain training records and trackers.

HR Projects

• Support HR projects and initiatives across areas such as employee experience, performance, wellbeing, and company culture.
• Assist with surveys, basic HR data analysis, presentations, and research.
• Provide support on other ad-hoc HR projects when needed.
