In line with our continuous growth and our current business expansion, we are seeking suitable candidates to join us as Supervisors to work together with our highly experience team. Currently, we have various on-going projects and is also in the verge of finalizing a few more new projects for location in Kelantan, Kedah, Perak, Perlis, Terengganu, Melaka, Johor, Penang, Labuan & Selangor. We also have a vacancy for Production Supervisor and Senior Production Supervisor to be based in Sg Choh, Rawang, Selangor. Please indicate your preferred location for your 1st project assignment in your application.

Responsibilities:

• To assist immediate superior to supervise and control daily works on site.

• Fantastic opportunity to be exposed to all production and installation of precast element and insitu construction works.

• Training will be provided.

• To ensure all works be carried out in accordance to drawings, specifications, procedure and instruction.

• To supervise the works to ensure that the works achieved the required quality.

• To supervise the works to ensure that the completion targeted time frame is met.

• To supervise, coordinate and control sub-labour and sub-contractor's works.

• To undertake any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

• To quickly adapt and to pick-up understanding of all type of production, installation and construction drawings.

• To supervise, train and control foreign workers.

• To order/manage/control materials requirements.

• To plan out daily and weekly activites to ensure optimal usage of materials, manpower, equipment & machinary.

• To prepare and record daily works activities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma in civil engineering or equivalent.

• Candidates with SPM and above and with good experience will also be considered

• Good team spirit, self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Willing to work long hours.

• Preferably with 3 years of working experience in construction industries.

• Having precast production experience would be an advantage

• Fresh diploma graduate in civil engineering fields is encourage to apply for junior supervisor's position.
